New Year's Eve
We went to our good friends Debbie and Brooke's house for New Years eve. It was casual and laid back, a nice way to spend the day this time around. There is never any lack of food at the house, or any lack of new things to try (ask us sometime about horseradish-peanut butter crackers). Brooke is great in the kitchen and made soft pretzels from scratch:

In addition to food, Brooke also made sure no one was lacking in drink. He was so thoughtful he even provided Heather with seltzer in a champagne glass for midnight:
