So last night Nicole and I went to see Kathy Griffin at DAR Constitution Hall. We had a great time together. We went to dinner first and then Greg dropped us off at the show where we quickly passed the time talking about reality tv. And how much it sucks that we have to wait until February for Lost to come back on. Anyways, the show was hilarious, but we weren't able to get any pictures of Kathy on Nicole's camera phone. We did get a few pictures of us with crazy shadows, but at least we got those. Oh and if you are wondering, yes, Kathy did talk about her Emmy scandal, and recreated the whole moment for us. Hilarious.

Nicole always takes great pictures, even in wacky lighting.

Don't I look like I'm about ready to crawl on her lap? Didn't happen, but still, what a funny story that would've been.

Labor Day Weekend

Labor Day weekend yielded the most amazing, glorious weather I've seen in a long time. We made plans to go up to Frederick to go riding with my sister-in-law and her husband. Well due to family woes, which I won't go into, the riding was cut short. Greg, Kenny (the husband), and I went riding one day for about 3 hours. We drove up through Northern Maryland, around the mountains, up to Pennsylvania, and back. We made a few stops on the way, one of which we thought to take pictures of. Forgive us, they were taken with a camera phone... Anyways, this is a beautiful overlook used often by handgliders.

Anyways, it was a really great time. We made one other stop at a biker bar. No seriously, a biker bar. We've stopped there before, it's right on a river wtih a nice view and lots of bikes out front, also a nice view ;).
